Arrivals Dcparturos' January .. 5800 2200 February . 4100 2857 March ... . 3300 4700 April 8300 4015 May .... 2400 3500 , 17,900 • 17,272 That is to sty, 623 more arrivals than departures for tho five months. But what do no find to bo tho facts in connection with tho last threo months 0 Why, that there woro 8000 arrivals only, and 12,215 departures' A loss in population to this Dominion of 4215 persons.
