THE WOOL PACK QUESTION.
..A leading London broker, in a letter to itlr. A. H. Miles, of this - city, writes as follows .'concerning the wool pack question:— I am sending you by this opportunity a few copies of tho report of tho committee regarding vegetable matter in wool, which, I hope, will interest you and your friends. I cannot help thinking myself that rather too much fuss has been made about it, and that growers on . the whole will not find it easy or inexpensive to pack wools into the corru-' gated paper-linfd-tares, which are looked upon by tho committee as tho best so far seen. At all events, the report will do good if it puts an immediate stop to the calicolined tares, which are likely to prove very harmful." / J
