The parties were married by a priest, Father Joseph, in the Roman Cathoho 7 (Maronito) religion. A child was born, and the respondent Jeft for Australia about a year after the marriage/ - ; The petitioner, with her;little boy,: Nayeff, camo to Australia- nine months later, and' three yeara ago was keeping a.drapery and fancy goodsshop inLambton Quay. Witness camo out to ' Madagascar, and South' Atnca, and arrived in New Zealand nine years ago.
