In tho report of the civil case heard in tho Magistrate's Court on Mday, Aaron Samuels and Geo. Wm Gray (trading as tho Wholesale Woollen Co.) v. F. W. Varo and others, it was stated that Mr. LucHe appeared for plaintiffe and Mr. Lowoy for defendants. It should have been Mr. Lewoy for plaintiffe and Mr. Luckie for defendants. ,
