BOARD OP GOVERNORS. Th© monthly meeting of tho Board of Governors of .Wellington College and Girls' High Sohool, was held yesterday, thoro being presentr-Mr. A. do B. Brandon '(chairman), and Messrs. Robert Loo,, A. Warbuvion, and Dr. A.. K-Nownian.- . The monthly : statement bf finances showed - that the '.balance to credit amounted to £767 :13b. sd. Payments authorised for tho Boys' and. Girls' Colleges amounted to £411 11b. id. Fees outstanding—Girls' Oollco £807 2s. 2d.; Boys' College, ■ £1010 lis. 4d. total, £1817 13s. Cd. Outstanding rents to-' tolled £181 17s. lOd. The total amount, pro-,, spectivo,. of the credit balance was therefore £2355 13s. 6d. ■.'.-, ,\ .... ' Tho chairman announced that, in con'sequcaco of tho resignation of Mr. C. H. Izard (parents'. representative) from tho board, the election of a successor would bo necessary.
