CONSUMER TO PAY HIGHER WAGES OF WAITERS. Ohrlotohuroh, May 8. Recently the Arbitration Court made aja award prescribing certain increases in wages of persons employed in tea: rooms,and restaurants. The proprietors are talcing the change seriously, and, in more than onecase, tho priceß of meals and refreshments are to be raised.
