MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.
'.■The-.Missions', to' Seamen's .Institute wa« crowded on Wednesday, when Mr. and Mrs. David 'Nathan provided an enjoyablo' concert.. Mr. James Moore, the missioner, occupied tho choir' Tho followisg contributed items to the programme r-Misses Nathan, .Coote, M. Cunhingh?,2* r./Cunningham, C.* Inglis, -Messrs. H. MFarlaue, W. H. Warren, Kerr, and P. Fitzeerald. Gramophone selections were rendered by -Mr. Eankin-Bro yn. Several popular ohornses were sung by the audience. A conundrum competition was held and won by sailors from ships in port. The missioner addressed the audience on :the temperaneo question, and nino. men. took the pledge. Hearty cheers were accorded th§ performers at the 'conclusion, and light refreshments were'dispensed; : .
