In-his,evi-dence, 'Walton had stated that those moneys had,.been deducted/-by-.M/Kay, Bros..without, his. knoweldge- 1 or consent. -. <He; (Assignee)', had , received, a .letter from. ,M'Kay- : 8r05., - stating- that.
