S. Clark, a ■ well-known mine manager. Ho landed at Dunediu in 1807,. and a few years later journeyed to the Thames, where he was manager of several claims. "He was a. manager of the Prince Imperial, when a big patch of 150,0000z. of gold was secured; Deceased, who was associated with several local bodies, was born in County Tyrone, Ireland, in 1848. •
