Under this Act the .Town Hall • was built ,bv the citizens, all of whom are taxed for it. 'it is the common property of of sections, for tho use of all. . . •'• or ' 5; ea r s Past bunds] subsidised out bf the rates, . have played music in. our . parks, on buiidays. I cannot, therefore, see wiiy'jnusio ploycd on Sundays in the Toivn iLall—tho People.s Drawing-room—as well as in the open air in parks.
