Owing to their unpopularity, Prince von , Bulow, tho Impeiial Chancellor, lias abandoned the proposed duties on gas, electricity, and advertisements. The Chancellor declares that othor taxes will bo found, and that tho estate duty will be turned into a legacy duty. A financial deadlock in the Reichstag is threatened.
