At a meeting held in tho Town Hall of Durban it was urged that no further stops towards union should bo taken until the Mozambiquo Agreement (which guarantees tho Portuguese Delagoa Bay railway 50 per cent, of tho Transvaal's overseas traffic) had been cither abrogated or modified.
