Competitors in the Lincoln egg-laying contost, when applying for pons, liavo to supply answers to the following questions: — What- variety of fowls do you. wish to entor ? How long have you been keeping this variety? By whom were the fowls bred, and frouv what strain? What is your present stock of them . . . adult birds and . . . chickens? Is poultry-keeping your sole ov partial moans ot livelihood, or a hobby ? Will the pullets you expect to pen have been hrod from tosicd stock; if so, ill what way has Urn stock been tested?
