Auckliinders aro apparently anxious to nrrango a meeting between two of the topmost Now Zealand swimmers, Messrs. B. C. Freyherg, of Wellington, and Jl. Champion, of Auckland. Mr. Frcyoerg has received an invitation from the Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Swimming Association lo visit Auckland and compete at a carnival to be held at Easter. If Iho Wellington centre givo the necessary permission, and tho northern centre puls on distances to suit his preesut form, Mr. Freyborg will make tho trip.
