WELLINGTON HARRIERS.

ANNUAL MEETING. There was a large attendance at the sixth annual meeting of the Wellington Harriers, which was held in Mawson's Booms last night. Mr. W. H. Bennett (president) occupied the chair. The annual report and balance-sheet (a summany of which has already appeared) wore adopted. Nino new members were elected. The election of office-bearers resulted as follows :—President, Mi-. W. H. Bennett; vicepresidents, Messrs. A. E. Whytc, S. Robinson, P.. Ross, C. W. Palmer, C. D. Morpeth, and Rev. 6. P. Davys; captain, Mr. W. Press; vice-captain, Mr. W. B. Bennett; hon. secretary, Mr. H. A. Lamb; hon. treasurer, Mr. H. J. Pollock; committee, Messrs. P. Wilton, A. W. Muir', C. Lambnrg; hon. auditor, Mr. Hilliker; delegato Wellington Centre, N.Z.A.A.A., Mr. C. Lamberg; and hon. handicappers, Mr. F. Wilton,* and W. H. Pollock. Members expressed their sense of regret at the fact that Mr. W. H. Pollock had mot with nn accident on tho occasion of the Wellington Club's sports. It was decided to appoint Messrs. W. H. Pollock and .S. Robinson life members, and to make a recommendation to the incoming committee that a badge be presented to each of the life members.
