Ihe challengers had the best of the score in tho first part of the game, but the holders then levelled things, and Up to the last two heads the contest was close and interesting. At the end 6f the twontieth head the holders had a lead Of two, and as the last head gave them four more they gained a decided victory. The score's were:—Holders' Wilson, Wiggins, juh.j Leighton, M'Kerrow (<?,), 26; challengers: Cohen, Reeves, I'arata Smith (s.), 20.
