Westa'U, a Napier 'solicitor, who arrived in Wellington recently with the intentionof proceeding on a voyage to, England for tho benefit of his health, died here yesterday morning, at the age of 49 years. Wcstall, the well-known Napier barrister, which occurred at a private hospital in Wellington last evening. Jlr. Wcstall had been sufiering for some time from an acute internal complaint, and left Napier last Monday for Wellington, en route for England to seek further medical treatment.
