HIGH PRICES FOR A WAIRARAPA CLIP. Advices to hand state that Mr. W. E. Bidwill s well-known Rototawai clip realised top prices- at the London wool sales, held in January, half tho fleece wool making 13. per lb., while the whole clip, including locks and pieces, averaged over 9d. per lb. The above are probably the highest average prices mauo for a large* line of Now" Zealand ltomncy wool either in London or the Dominion this season, and speaks volumes for. tho manner in which the \Rototawai wool is grown and prepared for sale. .
