ST. PATRICK'S DAY.

To-day, being . St. Patrick's Day, the local ' Hibernian Society and Catholic Club will hold ' a picnic at Father Lane's grounds, lower Hutt. A special train for the picnic grounds will leave Tβ Aro Station af9.iO a.m. and Lambton Station at 9.52 a.m. In the evening a national concert will be given in the Town Hall. Some well-known Wellington singers will take part, and in addition the Canadian Kilties Band will give selections.
