Mr. Fisher, Trimo Minister of tho Commonwealth, states that ho is unable to see that tho Conference of Premiers has made a step in advanco of anything done before. It practically wanted tho 'Braddon clause continued with a guaranteo of a minimum amount. H© added that if tho scheme were carried out-it would hobble the Federal Parliament for all time.
