MOROCCO'S FINANCES.
A FRENCH LOAN. (BI TEI.EGICM'n—PRESS ASSOCIATION*—COrTKIOnT.) (Rec. March 9, 9.20 p.m.) London, March 9. Router reports' that Morocco is raising a loan in Paris of 130 million francs. The annual revenue from the Customs will more than suffice to meet interest and sinking fund.
