ATTITUDE OF SCOTTISH UNION. INFORMATION WANTED. (DT TELEGEA.ru—riIEBS ASSOClATlON—coptuight.) (Rec. March 7, 4.30 p.m.) London, March 6. Tho Scottish Rugby Union has resolved not to participate in any colonial tour unless managed by a committee on which England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales are equally represented. It will also decline to' associate itself with any New Zealand tour until tho details of tho gates for the 1905 tour tro supplied, and the accounts of the AngloWelsh tour of 1908 aro published.
