An Invercargill Press Association telegram sfcatc3 that at a meeting of the Southland Agricultural and ' Pastoral Association yesterday, it was resolved: "That in t)?o interests of draught-horse breeding it. is desirable that a Draught Horse Association' of New Zealand be formed,, and that this association do all in its powor to assist in snch formation." ■ • .
