MILITARY TOURNAMENT.

The Battalion Band is to bo congratulated on the programme presented at the military tournament last night. Songs were given by Messrs. Grcsham and France, and dances by Misses Waller and Marshall. Selections were given by Duncan's Orchestra, and the Cooze Bros, performed a good acrobatic and handbalancing turn. The Petone High School Cadets gavo a display of physical drill. Tho tug-of-war between Wellington Navals A and B teams was won by tho "A" team. The teams for tho filial so far tiro Zealandias, D Battery, Navals A. Tonight's programme consists of selections by the Garrison Band, sword exercise by D Battery, and trombone duet by Mr. Cuminings and son, ajid tug-of-war between tho No. 5 Company Engineers and the Electric Lighting Corps:
