REBUFF TO NEW SOUTH WALES, {lit TBnaaAPn—niEss association—cor-raicni) Sydnoy, February 26; Sir Hector Carrutbjrs, ex-Promior of Now South Wales, states that tho small subscription to tho New South Wales loan is a distinct robuff to the 1 State. He says be is absolutely satisfied that a change must bo made in tho method of raising loans in London. THE ARGENTINE LOAN. London, February 25. The Argentine loan of £10,000,000, with a sinking fund of ono per cent., has proved a success.
