Pursuant 'lo the provisions of "The Conntios Act, 1908," and amendments thereof, and any and ovory .other "Aot enabling it, the Hutt County Council, having received a petition of the Ratepayers of the Plimmerton Road Distriot praying the said Council to merge the said Road Dietnct m the County of Hutt, Now, therefore, the Hutt County Council heroby resolves and deolares that from and after the date of confirmation of this .resolution as a Special Order on the 27th day of February, 1809, the said Koad District of Plimmerton shall .1)0 and is merged in the County of Hutt, and the Road Board of the sa.d Soad District shall bo and is dissolved.
