Governors has recognised that there is money in the postcard craze, and purposes, if possible, to turn an honest penny so far as the skeleton of the famous Okarito whale iB concerned. The board has decided to control the sale of photos of the deceased'monster,'and to prohibit the casual snapshot photographer from embalming, 'the imposing framework! graphically (whether for pleasure or profit) without permission. i
