Duncan M'lntyre Johnson, who was arrested, on .arrival. at Plymouth,, from -Mel-, bourne, by.' the steamer' Suevio, on a warrant charging him with tho forgery of a telegram, with intent to defraud the firm of Younghucband and Co., Melbourne, appoared at the Bow Street Police Court, arid was remanded. When arrested, ho admitted that ho had committed the forgery on the spur of the moment, and had intended to repay tho money before sailing in tho . Suevic, but wanted it for his honeymoon.
