Once more a curious position has arisen' in connection with the licensing lawe,- and , it appears.that in March Licensing Committees will have to bo elected by every-iicens- : ing district in tho Dominion, including thoßa. in which No-License has been carried. There was a clause in the Licensing, Amendment.!
