The Mayors of London boroughs are calling meetings. • Over 200 large firms are granting the Territorials ;in their employ three weeks' holiday, in order to enoburage enlisting. (Reo. February 8,10.20 p.m.) London, Fobmary 8. In response to the "Daily Mail's" appenl, a thousand men have beoti enrolled in the London Territorials in three days.
