Inconsequence of the newspaper references to (he patriotio play, "An Englishman'a Home," and Lord Esher through the " Daily -Mail" appealing for 11,000 territorials to complete the London establishment, an anonymous donor has forwarded £10,000 to' tho. funds of tho London Territorials' Association. The Mayors of London boroughs are calling meetings. • Over 200 large firms are granting the Territorials ;in their employ three weeks' holiday, in order to enoburage enlisting. (Reo. February 8,10.20 p.m.) London, Fobmary 8. In response to the "Daily Mail's" appenl, a thousand men have beoti enrolled in the London Territorials in three days.
