Auckland, February 3 The Auckland Hallways League has been asked by tho newly-formed Rotorua Railway League to assist m urging the Government to have an immediate survey made of tho Rotorua-Gisborno route, and to commence active operations as soon as Parliament E ivcs the necessary authority. .The Rotorua League looks upon the line via Waihi as necessary as well as the Rotorua-Gisborne line. A meeting of the Auckland League is to be called to consider tho matter
