Nelson, of misleading the registrar by signing an application for the enrolment of two Mormon missionaries who were not natural- -, ised British subjects. ■ Defendant was ac-' ; quitted, on the : ground that Alfred, one of the Americans, had stated in ■ Atmore's pre-" sencethat ; they. were' British subjects, .and that consequently Atmore acted in good faith.
