There was a fair attendance of shareholders." Mr. I'eter Bnrr, chairman' of directors, presided.The annual report: was presented; '-■ .The net profit for the halt' year ending October 31 was £2356.185. lid., from which' must te deducted ; the debit of profit and loss account'on April BO last, dE2B7 9s. 4d.. : leaving a credit balance of .£2619 9s. 7d., which the directors regard as satisfactory, considering the adverse circunw stances under which the company has been working.
