Eindlay, on the subject of industrial agreements being turned into awards. Tho opinion was filed for reference. ■ . ■ The Greymouth Wharf Labourers' Union wrote intimating that it had received on appeal 'for funds from the Wellington Butter, Creamery, and Cheese Factory Union of '■Workers,-and it was desirous of obtaining par-1 ■ticulavs of the case.which the union in question ! was about to bring. before the Arbitration Court.
