The adjourned sitting of tko Conciliation Board to consider the of the Welling, ton Bricklayers' Industrial Union was held this morning hoforo Messrs. F. Bedford and H Inuess (emplojers' representatives), and A H. Cooper and A. Collins (workers' representatives). The union held a meeting last ciemng to consider the terms of the agreement submitted by the employers, but after deliberation decided t not to accept it. Evidence was adduced at the board's sitting this morning m support of the union's demands, at the conclusion of which Mr. S. E. Wright, secrotarj of the flaw ko's Bay Employors' Association, intimated that the employers did not intend to appear. The board then adjourned to Masterton.
