The receipts from m-patients for the period April 1 to December, 31, 1908, totalled £2260 6s. 2d., as compared with £1917 12s. Id. for'tho corresponding period of the previous year—an increase of £342 14s. Id. The return of in-patients showed that thero were, in the general hospital, ,186 patients ; in the Victoria Hospital, 48; Seddon Hospital, 20; t0ta1,,254.
