F. M. B Fishoi/of Wellington, will play in the combined doubles against Miss Nuniieiev and Mr Wilding Mr. H. A. Parker, of Sjdney, and Mi. T R Quill, of Canterbury, will also be amongst the competitors, as will also Messrs 1 Dickie and Wallace, the present holders of tho men's doubles championship of New Zealand. In that evont, Messrs Wilding and Fisher, and Messrs H. A Parker and Harold Brown (who played so well at Nelson) will be bracketed Mr Wilding has also made arrangements to pla) at tho Mastorton tournament, to bo held on January 22 and 23, wheie ho and Mr. Fishor are likely to meet a hot pair in Messrs Peacock and Cox Fiom tho foregoing it will be judged that the tennis associations are not more eager to secure .'the appearance of Mr. Wilding than that gentleman is to oblige.
