With' what feelings, one wonders, will men hear on tho authority of a scientific journal that golf is, from a physical point of viow, a much hotter game for women than for men? It brings into play certain muscles which; ..when developed, make the female form more or less divine. At all events, the Greek, statues of women all prominently display these muscles, and when we learn that golf will reduco a large waist, broaden one that is constricted, and counteract all the ovils which corsets aro said to bring about, who shall - wonder if there is an immediate rush to tho golf courses all over the kingdom?. Will or ought any man to be given a chaneo' on tho links when such a pleasing opportunity is suggested of beautifying woman?
