Bulgaria has intimated that she conforms to the request of the Powers. [It was cabled yesterday: An identical Note from the Governments ol' Great Britaiu, France, and Russia has been presented at! Sofia. It takes note of King Ferdinand's statement that, the declaration of independence by Bulgaria does, not exclude the question of compensation to Turkey. Bulgaria is advised to send an envoy to Constantinople, to arrange for equitable compensation, and the Note also asks Bul?a;ia, at Turkey's instance, to abstain from mobilisation of her troops. Italy and Germany approve of the terms of the Note.] BULGAK RESERVISTS DISBANDING. London, October 28.
