PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS BY AN EXPEUT. J [Specially written for Tub Dominion.] . / TUESDAY. Cabbage Potatoes. Haricot. Boiled Khubarb Pudding. Cheese Aigrettes CHEESE AIGRETTES. One breakfastcupful of boiling water, loz. butter, 2oz. gratod cheese, -loz. flour, 2 whole eggs, 1 and 1 yolk, salt and red pepper. Pnt the water and butter into a saucepan over the firs. When boiling, stir in the flour and stir'until.the mixture leaves the sides of the pnn. Let it cool a little, break in the eggs one, at a time. Beat well until tho mixture is shiny* Then add chcese and seasoning. Drop a teaspoonful of the mixture into deep boiling fat.' When cooked they should bo swollen vcrv much and hollow in tho centre. Serve hot, after sprinkling grated cheese over them. ' FOR TO-MORKOW. Two small bundles spinach, 1 pint stock, G or 81b. brisket of. beef; .<*, or 5 . slices" of bacon, carrots, onions, savoury herbs, G bananas.
