When boiling, stir in the flour and stir'until.the mixture leaves the sides of the pnn. Let it cool a little, break in the eggs one, at a time. Beat well until tho mixture is shiny* Then add chcese and seasoning. Drop a teaspoonful of the mixture into deep boiling fat.' When cooked they should bo swollen vcrv much and hollow in tho centre. Serve hot, after sprinkling grated cheese over them. ' FOR TO-MORKOW. Two small bundles spinach, 1 pint stock, G or 81b. brisket of. beef; .<*, or 5 . slices" of bacon, carrots, onions, savoury herbs, G bananas.
