HIS NEW HONOURS-AUSTRALASIAN TOUR. (BY TELEGEArH—PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPXItIGHT.) London, October 25. Mr. F. J. Pitman, ex-amateur sculling champion, presented E. Barry, who recently defeated George Towns for the championship of England, with the '-'Sportsman" Cup and a medal. The presentation took place in the Hammorsmith Town Hall, there being a crowded and enthusiastic meeting, s over which the Mayor of Hammersmith presided. Among tlioso present was George Towns, who met with a cordial reception. Towns suggested that Barry should make a trip to Australasia in order to meet some of the local men before sculling for the championship of the world.
