MOUNT COOK POLICE COURT.

At tho Mount Cook Police Court yesterday morning, before Mr. J. Collins, J. 1., John M'Mahan, for drunkenness, was fined 10s., in default 48 hours' imprisonment. One first offender on, bail, who failed to appear, was fined 10s., or 48 hours' imprisonment. Another offender on bail was fined 55., or m default 24 hours' imprisonment, and a third first offender was convicted and discharged.
