At 8.30 a.m. yesterday, members of the Y.M.C.A. Junior Cycling Club mot at their headquarters for the first run of tho season, and at 9 o'clock eight members started far Pahautanui. A very cnjbyablo tiuio was spent, tho roads boiug'.fairly good. Town was reached again about 4.30 p.m. At 9 a.m. at tho Government railway station might bavo been seen a further dotachment of tho department, representing tho Rambling Club. 'Eight members, with Mr. A. F. Perry in cliarge, took tho train to Fetono and walkc-d from there to Korokoro. After lunch, rest, and tea a return towards homo was mado at 6.30 p.m., the train being taken from Ngahauranga. ■■ About 32 members turned-out for cricket practico at tie Basin Reserve.
