Mrs. Pankhurst, Miss Christabel Pank. hurst, and Mrs. Drummond, suffragist leaders, ignored a summons to appear at Bow Street Police Court, on a charge of trying to provoke a breach of the peace in connection with tho proposed rushing of the Houso of Commons,-on the rc-assembling of Parliament to-day. Warrants for their arrest have been issued. The suffragists contemplated "rushing" tho House of Commons. Apparently the police are trying to get in first.
