There is a likelihood of restrictions being placed on the privilege of ladies being allowed, undor escort of a member of the House of Commons,' to view tho sittings of tho House from tho small side window near tho main ontranco. A woman so introduced enterod and walked to tho Bar of the House, and shouted with upraised hands: "Cease discussing tho Children's Bill and givo votes to women." The intruder was expelled, still shouting. She proved to be a Mrs. Symons. Mr. Keir Hardie's privato secretary, Mr. Idris, knew her parents, and therefore afforded her an opportunity to view the sitting of the House, not suspecting her intentions. She afterwards apologised, assuring Mr. Idris that the act was not premeditated. TO "RUSH" THE COMMONS. LEADERS SUMMONED. London, October 13. Mrs. Pankhurst, Miss Christabel Pank. hurst, and Mrs. Drummond, suffragist leaders, ignored a summons to appear at Bow Street Police Court, on a charge of trying to provoke a breach of the peace in connection with tho proposed rushing of the Houso of Commons,-on the rc-assembling of Parliament to-day. Warrants for their arrest have been issued. The suffragists contemplated "rushing" tho House of Commons. Apparently the police are trying to get in first.
