MINISTERS' REPLIES TO QUESTIONS. WORKERS' COMPENSATION. THE NEW SUPERANNUATION BILL. UTILISATION OF WATER POWER. The Council at yesterday's sitting put ;ho Public Works Amendment Bill, tho Education Bill, and somo smaller measures through all their stages, and completed the Old Ago Ponsions Bill. In tho House tho afternoon was spent in discussing tho roplies of Ministers to the final batch of questions. In the evening tho Workers' Compensation Bill concluded its progress through Committee. Tho Prime Minister then proceeded to movo the second reading of the Public Service Classification and Superannuation Scheme. The debate on tho Bill was continued by tho Hon. C.' H. Mills, Mr. Massey, Mr. W- Fraser, and. others. -
