DAIRY REGULATIONS
THE FINISHED ARTICLE. The Dominion's announcement that the proposed dairy regulations have been radically remodelled, is generally admitted to be correct by those likely to know what is happening (writes r-ur Wairarapi correspondent). It is understood that tho regulations have been recast, and are'to be put into tentative operation for a period of possibly a year, when a workable Act will bo framed upon the results. - All buildings at present in existonce are to remain as they are, the only stipulation being that they must be kept clean. Tho compulsory powers under which dairy inspectors were working have been deleted, and their work will bo restricted to instruction more than anything else.
