Router's New York correspondent reports that tho Democrats accuse well-known Republicans, including relations of Mr. Taft (Republican,candidate for the Presidency), and President Roosevelt, of being interested in a syndicate which purchased, for two and a half million dollars, Panama Company's stocks and bonds, knowing that tho United States would purchase them at forty millions.
