WEST'S PICTURES.
The season of West's Pictures and Dt Groan's Vice-Regal Orchestra commences at tho Town Hall to-night, and promises to bo in every respect as successful as previous visits of this combination. Tho. season is positively limited to twelve nights, as dates running well into next year have been booked by Mr West, and these must be filled. 11l order that tho Wellington public may see as many pictures as possible with consistent programmes, tho management will, run each series of pictures for only three nights. Tha Vice-Regal Orchestra, conducted by Sir. Horace Watts, will, as before, provide overture entr'acte, and the music incidental to each nicture. Wellington patrons of \\ est a Pictures have kindly recollections of the excellent music provided by this orchestra, .and its nortion of the programme will not be tho "least pleasing part of what- promises to be an entertainment of sll-ronud merit.
