SPEECH BY MR. LLOYD-GEORGE. POLITICAL REVACOINATION. (DT TELEGUAm—riIESS ASSOCIATION— COl'ritlGllT.) London, October 2. Tlio Chancellor of tlio Exchequer (Mr. Lloyd-Georgo), in tho courso of a speech, said somo of tlio constituencies and many young Liberals needed revaccination with good Liberal lymph to inuro them against the germs of the microbes filling tho air in Socialist countries,, whoro thoy found progressive power split and paralysed. Ho desired to seo tliem revert to true Liberalism. Mr. Lloyd-George added that it would bo unwise to hastily climb tho mountain; tlicy must ascend slowly, wind round tho difficulties, and carefully nogotiato tho crags, lest they tumble over a precipice. Liberalism was the best mountain guido the democracy had over had.
