Tho "Telegraph" states that if tho revenue continues to shrink at tho same rate as at present it is likely that Mr. Lloyd George's deficit in April will bo £8,000,000. He must meet besides upward of £10,000,000 for old ago pensions, also an extra £4,000,000 for tho Navy.
